At USA EAT FIT, we recognize that each client has needs and specific goals in mind! We know that all bodies are different and that each requires a different recipe for success. Therefore, we specialize in Customized Dietary Support that will help you understand YOUR body and YOUR dietary needs. We offer more than just daily menus.

At USA EAT FIT, our programs are created specifically for YOU. Our Registered Dietitians are trained to help you reach your goal, no matter how big or how small! USA EAT FIT is prepared to customize a plan for you to:

  Your Dietitian's Role

Upon joining USA EAT FIT, you will be assigned a Personal Nutrition Coach. Our coaches are Licensed Registered Dietitians trained to help you reach your fitness goal in a safe and effective way.

Your Registered Dietitian will get to know you through a series of questions and electronic dialogue. Together, you will:

  • review your health history
  • set appropriate goals
  • establish timelines for achieving those goals
  • agree upon dietary needs
  • establish food restrictions
  • create a comprehensive, personalized plan!
