When you log onto the food journal, look for menu suggestions in RED from your coach. You have the option of either following your coach’s suggestions or removing them.
To Remove Coach’s Menu Suggestions
- Click the boxes next to each item.
- Click on REMOVE (You can remove entire meals at a time by clicking on all of the boxes under that meal.)
Tips for SUCCESS!!
- Some of our members like to get the menus, because they encourage new foods, varied choices, etc.
- Other members prefer to have their coach offer only breakfast ideas or only dinner ideas and they prefer to fill in the rest themselves.
- Others request not to have menu suggestions at all, because they prefer not to have to remove their coach’s suggestions every day.
Discuss your preferences with your coach.
The flexibility of this program allows you to make changes as you go. Our most successful members have started out with menu suggestions and then slowly moved away from them to begin logging entirely on their own. Decide what works best for you!
