Increase Interaction for Success:
The more you report, discuss, inquire and interact, the more likely you are to succeed. Many days you will receive a message from your coach on your Journals & Photos page.
Once logged on, go to the Other Tools menu and scroll down to Journals & Photos and click GO!
Journal and Photo Options
- Photos: This is where you can upload a BEFORE picture of yourself Simply, upload a picture from a camera device or from your hard drive.
- Journal: This is where you should log your daily thoughts, feelings, notes, etc. This is a great place to record factors that may have affected your food and exercise choices for the day. Your coach will be able to read this (whether you check PUBLIC or not) and may respond to the information that you leave here.
- Public Blog: Checking this box creates a personal homepage for you where you can track your progress. This is useful if you want to have a record of your journal entries outside of the USA EAT FIT program. Some of our members have shared this optional Public Blog with friends and family.
- Calendar: Clicking on the days of this calendar will allow you to scroll through any of the previous days to re-read your journal entries or to check the notes that your coach left you.
- Coach’s Notes: This is where your Coach will leave you messages. When your coach poses a question to you, you can answer him or her within your journal or by typing your answer in the Coach’s Question Box.
- Coach’s Question Box: This is where you can ask your coach a question or send him or her information USA FIT Marathon runners: you can also use this box to e-mail your Team Leader (use the scroll-down menu to choose the proper recipient) who will become your biggest fan and most enthusiastic cheerleader. If you choose usaeatfit as the recipient, your message will go to the e-mail inbox of the Director of USA EAT FIT.
Your coach will adjust his/her involvement based on your participation level.
Remember: the more you put into the program, the more you will get out of it.
